  • Candle Care Instructions

    -Trim the wick to a quarter of an inch every time you light your candle to maximize burn life

    -Burn your candle for four hours the first time; burn for three to four hours at a time after that

    -Center the wick after each burn

    -Keep your candle away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable items

    -The container will become hot after extended use; please handle with care

  • Exchange & Return Policy

    At this time, we are unable to accept returns for our unique vintage pieces. Due to their vintage nature, they may come with some nicks or small marks from being loved by their previous owner. For this reason, please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have an inquiry about your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@vitaviwellness.com

    If a piece arrives broken and unusable, we will consider a refund of the full purchase amount. Email us immediately to process your request at info@vitaviwellness.com

    Please note room spray and diffuser scents are not eligible for return.

  • Shipping Info

    Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Free shipping on orders of $150 and up in the US.

    Please note that our candles are small batch hand-poured and made to order. This may take up to 4 weeks to ship. If you need it sooner, email us, and we will do our best to expedite the process. info@vitaviwellness.com

    If your order tracking shows delivered, but you have not received your order, please contact us immediately. If your item was delivered by USPS, the first step is to contact your local post office for more information- in most cases, your post person has left the item in a different location from usual. If your item was delivered by UPS, the first step is to contact UPS.

  • International Shipping

    Orders take 1-2 business days to process and 6-10 business days to ship, depending on location. We use the United States Postal priority international mail service, which connects up with your national carrier, and we send a confirmation email with a tracking link upon shipment. If you have special delivery requests, please contact us. Vita Vi is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your package. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt.

    ***Please note, due to the global coronavirus, packages are taking longer to move through the postal system and are often not being scanned, making it look as if your package is stuck or lost. While we will do everything we can to help, please know the response times of the postal service are beyond our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Refund Policy for Events

    There are no refunds for missed events.

  • Vessels and Pricing

    Why are the prices so different for the unique candles? The Vita Vi team is always scouring the universe to curate our collection of vessels. There are several factors that affect the pricing, such as size, age, material, and maker. All items are in good vintage condition. We do our best to note any specific imperfections, but some may show their vintage character.

  • Gifts

    You bought a friendship bundle or just looking to send your friend a gift?! Yes, we would love to send your gifts and are happy to wrap and add a hand-written note. Please add your card message in the ‘notes’ section of your order or email us at info@vitaviwellness.com. Additional fees may apply.
